Yoga at W. Rhythm Fitness and Wellness
The studio now offers Yoga classes with it's owner and founder Wanessa Anderson. An experienced Pilates and Barre instructor, a certified Personal Trainer and now a certified Yoga Teacher. Classes are open to all level of fitness and they range from Power Yoga based on Vinyasa Flows, Gentle and Restorative. Check out the schedule for all the options. Also Yoga is included in all Private Sessions packages.
