Total Body Strength is a 45 minute challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, bands, and your own body weight along with compound exercises. Compound exercises work many muscle groups at one time allowing you to get a greater amount of work done in a shorter amount of time. All exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels.
Strengthening and building muscle is an important part of overall fitness. This class will not only make you stronger and fitter but it can improve your posture, protect bone health, and improve balance, coordination and flexibility. It can help you shed pounds and maintain weight loss by burning calories during the workout and by boosting your metabolism which will increase calories burned in normal daily activity. And most important, this class will elevate your endorphin levels which will make you feel great!
