Total Body Strength is a 45 minute challenging and dynamic whole body muscle conditioning class using dumbbells, bands, and your own body weight along with compound exercises. Compound exercises work many muscle groups at one time allowing you to get a greater amount of work done in a shorter amount of time. All exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels.
Strengthening and building muscle is an important part of overall fitness. This class will not only make you stronger and fitter but it can improve your posture, protect bone health, and improve balance, coordination and flexibility. It can help you shed pounds and maintain weight loss by burning calories during the workout and by boosting your metabolism which will increase calories burned in normal daily activity. And most important, this class will elevate your endorphin levels which will make you feel great!

I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years.
I have always enjoyed all different types of yoga but fell in love with restorative after I became a yoga teacher.
I am a competitive rower and I ask so much of my body. When I found out how beneficial restorative yoga was to my rowing I decided to learn and share this wonderful practice.
I have received my restorative yoga certification and love sharing what this amazing practice can do for the body, mind and spirit.
When I would sub a yoga flow class I would teach restorative yoga and saw the benefits of the practice. So many students came to me after practice to share the positive changes the practice offered.
I teach restorative yoga workshops all over the world and offer retreats and workshops locally and in Europe.
